Searching for solutions outside of ourselves (external validation) leaves us disassociated, disregulated and spiraling into worst case senario thinking…and this habit perpetuates thoughts like “I'm always going to be anxious.”

When we internalize these messages, we lose touch with our own bodily autonomy and the ability to trust our inner wisdom.

Responding to a stressful situation with calm and composure, instead of panicking or shutting down. You'll feel more empowered and in control of your emotions.
